"Perhaps the noisey carload of spring-break kids could have been warned a little earlier about their music and their jumping around on the third floor. 10 pm is just not a time to ignore that one is in a place where some people go to bed early. When we called downstairs, the nice lady at the desk had said that the office had already received a complaint about the noise on the third floor, so we were the second. I waited for some time for just the sound of a phone or a knocking on an outside door. I heard nothing, and nothing interrupted the noise. The pamphlet given out upon entering the hotel gave a pretty specific list of behaviors that wouldn't be tolerated, and I lost heart that noise that kept people in other rooms awake wasn't a rule that would be enforced. Anything that wakes ME out of a sound sleep, since I use a sleep apnea machine is rather loud, and I was disappointed."
